My experience with National auto Rental was awesome ! They help me in a pretty bad situation during spring break, from RC company I was left with not car after I had paid for the rental car in advance;. I can say enough wonder things about our experience. Sue and John were absolutely wonderful going above and beyond to help us. We originally booked with Seven auto car rental through VIPcars.com DO NOT BOOK WITH EITHER OR! We were stuck on the plane for 6 hours due to weather unable to use our phones to call the car rental place. When we finally arrived thinking out nightmare was over it had just begun. Seven auto told us we were canceled and would be paying a much higher rental fee. Seven auto are scammers, after being so rude to us refusing to rent us a car we were stuck. We went next door and tried to rent from Next car rental they had no cars available but one very nice young man called National Auto Rental and I could not be happier, National Auto Rental had already closed for the day but came right over to get us, they had a car ready Sue and John made the process fast and quick so we were able to enjoy our vacation, even checking in on us during our stay asking if we were okay and enjoying our vacation. After the end of our stay Sue and John chauffeured us to the airport something they did not have to do. We are so grateful their are still caring people in the world Like Sue and John they made our vacation that much better. We can't thank them enough, we highly recommend this company!!!
